摘 要:目的观察情景式教学方法在泌尿外科教学中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月—2024年1月在英德市人民医院的30名医学生和住培医师;其中2019年1月—2023年6月15名医学生和住培医师为对照组,采取常规教学方法;2023年6月—2024年1月15名医学生和住培医师为观察组,采取情景式教学方法。评价两组考核成绩、教学效果评分、教学质量评分、教学满意度。结果观察组理论成绩、临床技能成绩和总成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组教学质量、教学效果各维度评分与总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组教学总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在泌尿外科教学中运用情景式教学方法能够获得更好的教学质量和教学效果,可提高医学生和住培医师的教学考核成绩,具有更高的教学满意度。Objective To observe the application and effect of situational teaching method in urology teaching.Methods From January 2019 to January 2024,a total of 30 medical students and resident physicians in People's Hospital of Yingde City were selected as the research objects,among them,15 medical students and resident physicians from January 2019 to June 2023 were used as the control group,and conventional teaching methods were adopted;from June 2023 to January 2024,15 medical students and resident physicians were selected as the observation group,and the situational teaching method was adopted.The teaching assessment results,teaching effect score,teaching quality score,and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated.Results The theoretical scores,clinical skills scores,and total scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores and total scores of teaching quality and teaching effect in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The total teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The situational teaching method in urology teaching has better teaching quality and teaching effect,it can improve the teaching assessment results of medical students and resident physicians,and has higher teaching satisfaction.
