摘　　要：目的:基于全科护理思维构建社区护士胜任力评价指标体系。方法:采用文献研究法和无结构式访谈法,并结合胜任力模型拟订社区护士胜任力评价指标体系,采用德尔菲法对19名社区护理领域专家进行2轮函询,并通过预调查和正式调查对各级指标的重要性、可操作性和敏感性进行分析。结果:2轮专家函询有效问卷回收率分别为90.48%、100.00%;专家权威系数为0.900;第1轮函询专家对于指标的重要性、可操作性、敏感性意见的肯德尔协调系数为0.130,0.281,0.236,第2轮为0.230,0.352,0.265。最终确立社区护士胜任力评价指标体系共5项一级指标、12项二级指标和42项三级指标。结论:基于全科护理思维构建的社区护士胜任力评价指标体系的信效度较好,专家在重要性、敏感性和可操作性评分上的意见较为统一,可为进一步优化社区护士培训模式提供参考。Objective:To construct a competency evaluation index system for community nurses based on general nursing thinking.Methods:A competency evaluation index system for community nurses was developed by using the literature research method and unstructured interview method,and combined with the competency model.2 rounds of correspondence questionnaires were sent to 19 experts in the field of community nursing by using the Delphi method,and the importance,operability,and sensitivity of the indexes at all levels were analyzed through pre-survey and formal survey.Results:The effective questionnaire recovery rate of the 2 rounds of expert correspondence was 90.48%and 100.00%,respectively;the expert authority coefficient was 0.900;the Kendall coordination coefficients of the experts'opinions on the importance,operability,and sensitivity of the indicators in the first round of correspondence were 0.130,0.281,and 0.236,and those in the second round were 0.230,0.352,and 0.265.The final establishment of the evaluation index system of competency of community nurses was made.Competency evaluation index system totaled 5 primary indicators,12 secondary indicators and 42 tertiary indicators.Conclusion:The reliability and validity of the community nurse competency evaluation index system constructed based on the thinking of general-purpose nursing is good,and the experts'opinions on the importance,sensitivity and operability scores are relatively unified,which can provide reference for further optimizing the training mode of community nurses.
