摘　　要：随着机器翻译技术的快速发展及其在翻译活动中的广泛应用,翻译主体正逐渐从人类译者转向人机共融的主体模式,这促使人们开始反思机器参与翻译活动时的伦理问题。“机器翻译”模式的出现对翻译伦理提出了一定的挑战,并引发了一系列的伦理风险。鉴于机器缺乏人类的完整意识和思维能力,这给机器翻译中伦理的实现带来了许多障碍。本研究以释延琮的“八备”论对译者素质的评价为基础,以DeepL翻译的《金刚经》片段为例,结合人工智能系统的认知能力指标和意识科学理论,考察当前机器翻译中面临的伦理风险和应对策略,旨在提高译者的翻译技术伦理意识和自我规范行为意识。With the rapid advancement of machine translation technology and its widespread application in translation activities,the subject in translation is gradually shifting from human translators to a human-machine integration subject model,prompting reflections on the ethical considerations when machines participate in translation activities.The emergence of the“machine translation”model poses certain challenges to translation ethics and triggers a series of ethical risks.Given that machines lack the full consciousness and cognitive abilities of humans,implementing ethical machine translation faces numerous obstacles,underscoring the necessity of strengthening ethical research in translation technology.This study,based on Shi Yancun’s opinions of“Eight Qualifications”on translator’s qualities and taking a segment of the translated Diamond Sutra by DeepL as a case study,together with cognitive capacity indicators of artificial intelligence(AI)systems and theories of consciousness science,examines the ethical risks and coping strategies currently faced by machine translation.The aim of this article is to enhance translators’awareness of translation technology ethics and to encourage self-regulatory behavior.
