摘 要:目的分析音乐活动干预联合地板游戏训练对孤独症(ASD)伴智力障碍(ID)患儿智力发育及行为症状的影响。方法选择2021年1月—2024年1月聊城市东昌府人民医院和冠县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的60例ASD伴ID患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用地板游戏训练,观察组在对照组基础上采用音乐活动干预训练,两组均持续训练3个月。对比两组的智力发育、行为症状、社交能力。结果训练后,两组智力发育指数评分均高于训练前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组孤独症行为量表各个维度评分均低于训练前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组孤独症治疗评定量表评分均低于训练前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论音乐活动干预联合地板游戏训练能够有效减轻ASD伴ID患儿的行为症状,可促进其智力发育及社交能力改善。Objective Analysis of the effects of music activity intervention combined with floor game training on the intellectual development and behavioral symptoms of children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD)and intellectual disability(ID).Methods Selecting 60 children with ASD and ID admitted to Liaocheng Dongchangfu People's Hospital and Guan County Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center in Liaocheng City from January 2021 to January 2024 as the research subjects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received floor game training,while the observation group received music activity intervention training on the basis of the control group,both groups continued to train for 3 months.Compare the intellectual development,behavioral symptoms,and social skills of two groups.Results After training,the Mental Development Index scores of both groups were higher than those before training,and the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of each dimension of the Autism Behavior Checklist in both groups were lower than those before training,and the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist(ATEC)scores of both groups were lower than those before training,and the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Music activity intervention combined with floor game training can effectively alleviate behavioral symptoms in children with ASD and ID,promote their intellectual development and improve their social skills.
