家校共育赋能教育减负提质对学生非认知能力影响机制研究

摘  要:“双减”政策背景下,从学生非认知能力发展的视角出发,采用CEPS数据,构建基于连续核心解释变量的双重机器学习模型,探究家校共育和狭义上的教育减负提质分别对学生非认知能力具有何种影响机制,以及家校共育对教育减负提质和学生非认知能力之间的相关关系又有何种调节机制。研究表明,家校共育和教育减负提质均能够促进学生非认知能力的发展,家校共育能够强化教育减负提质对学生非认知能力的积极作用。为此,教育减负提质需要促进学生综合能力全面发展、多元主体协调合作和构建和谐的家庭关系。Against the backdrop of the“double reduction”policy,from the perspective of students’non-cognitive abilities,utilizing CEPS data,this study constructs dual machine learning models based on continuous core explanatory variables to explore the impact mechanisms of home-school collaboration and narrow-sense educational burden reduction on enhancing students’non-cognitive abilities.It also investigates the moderating mechanisms of home-school collaboration on the correlation between educational burden reduction and students’non-cognitive abilities.The study shows:both home-school collaboration and educational burden reduction can promote the development of students’non-cognitive abilities;Home-school collaboration can strengthen the positive effects of educational burden reduction on students’non-cognitive abilities.So,reducing the burden of education and improving its quality require the promotion of the development of students’comprehensive abilities,the coordination and cooperation of multiple subjects,and the building of harmonious family relations.
