摘  要:制备了羧甲基玉米芯多糖(carboxymethyl corncob polysaccharide,CCP),并对其进行了纯度鉴定、理化性质分析、结构鉴定及降血糖作用研究。结果表明:所制备的CCP水溶性增强,羧甲基取代度为0.0528,分子量160~180 kDa,比旋度[α]_(D)^(25)10°,黏度[η]32.23。CCP为葡萄糖、阿拉伯糖、半乳糖和木糖组成的多糖,其糖苷键连接方式可能为β(1→4)及β(1→6)连接,糖环为吡喃型。不同浓度的CCP均能降低试验大鼠的空腹血糖含量和血液中TC、TG、LDC-C等血脂指标的含量,且呈现一定的量效关系,其最适添加剂量为250 mg/(kg·d)。The carboxymethyl corncob polysaccharide(CCP)was prepared and its purity,physicochemical properties,structure,and hypoglycemic effect was studied in this paper.The results showed that the prepared CCP had enhanced water solubility,a degree of carboxymethyl substitution of 0.0528,a molecular weight of 160~80 kDa,and a specific rotation[α]_(D)^(25)1010°viscosity[η]32.23.CCP was a polysaccharide composed of glucose,arabinose,galactose and xylose,and its glycosidic bond connection mode may beβ(1→4)andβ(1→6)Connection,the sugar ring was pyran type.Different concentrations of CCP can reduce the fasting blood glucose content and blood lipid indicators such as TC,TG,and LDC-C in experimental rats,and exhibit a certain dose-effect relationship.The optimal additive dosage was 250 mg/(kg·d).
