基 金:玉米酒糟转化生物活性饲料关键技术研发(吉林省科技发展计划项目,20220203096SF)。
摘 要:以玉米干酒糟及其可溶物(DDGS)为代表的酒糟类饲料原料,受纤维含量高、蛋白溶解性差、关键必需氨基酸含量不均衡、存在抗营养因子等因素影响,在一定程度上限制了其在单胃动物饲料配方中的添加比例及推广应用,影响了其营养价值。通过采用微生物强化处理技术,不仅能有效地解决上述问题,同时能赋予其替抗、调理动物肠道健康、提升动物采食量和饲料消化利用率等功能。本文从酒糟原料的营养特点、微生物的筛选与组合、发酵工艺与产品方案的选择等方面分析了微生物法强化处理酒糟类饲料原料,提升其动物营养价值的可行性,并提出规模化定制生产质量稳定的标准化混合源(植物源-微生物源)高蛋白“发酵DDGS”新品类的应用与服务模式,以期为我国酒精行业DDGS饲料原料的升级发展及畜牧产业“节粮降本”提供新的发展思路。Distiller's grains feed raw materials,represented by corn dried distiller's grains and solubles(DDGS),are affected by factors such as high fiber content,poor protein solubility,imbalanced content of key essential amino acids,and the presence of anti nutritional factors,which to some extent limit their addition ratio and promotion application in single stomach animal feed formulas,greatly affecting their nutritional value.By adopting microbial enhanced treatment technology,not only can the above-mentioned problems be effectively solved,but it can also endow it with functions such as replacement therapy,regulating animal intestinal health,improving animal feed intake,and improving feed digestion and utilization.This article comprehensively analyzed the feasibility of microbial enhanced treatment of distiller's grains feed raw materials from the aspects of nutritional characteristics,microbial screening and combination,fermentation process and product formulas,etc.,and proposed the application and service model of a standardized mixed source(plant and microbial source)high protein"fermented DDGS".It provided new development ideas for distiller's grains feed raw materials value upgrading and China's animal husbandry industry.
