校企共建乐业导向型教学理念的探索与实践——以“数字图像处理”课程为例

摘  要:“数字图像处理”是计算机平面设计的专业基础课程,基于课程承上启下的作用,寻找适合该课程的教学理念,成为了专业教师的重要研究任务。基于岗位需求,我们采用校企共建课程的模式,展开全新的实践探索,探索乐业导向型教学理念,引导学生乐业成长,形成“认知自我、认同专业、认定目标、认真实践”乐业目标。课堂内容符合企业流程,实施路径“融项目、融文化、融产品”,调整和完善考评体系,使其更加符合应用型人才培养的需求。"Digital Image Processing"is a foundational course for computer graphic design majors.Given its pivotal role in the curriculum,finding a suitable teaching philosophy for this course has become an important research task for professional teachers.Based on the job requirements,we adopt the mode of industry-school collaboration to course development and launch a novel practical exploration.We explore the joy of work-oriented teaching philosophy,guide students to grow with a passion for their profession and fostering the"self-awareness,professional identity,goal setting,and earnest practice"objectives related to the joy of work.The classroom content aligns with corporate processes,and is implemented through the"integration of projects,culture,and products"path.A comprehensive evaluation system for course assessment ensures that the course truly meets the training requirements for applied talents.
