摘　　要：毕业设计是全面提升学生创新能力、实践能力、综合素质的重要教学环节,开展毕业设计模式的创新改革对提高人才培养质量具有重要的意义。结合特色飞行控制专业,进行了团队毕业设计模式的改革探索,重点论述了毕业设计团队组建、团队毕设选题、毕设质量保障等方面的实施措施。实践证明,团队毕业设计模式可以实现成员的高效协同工作,促进本科生知识、能力、实践、创新的系统训练和培养。Graduation project is an important teaching component for comprehensively improving undergraduate students'innovation ability,practical ability,and comprehensive quality,and the innovation reform of the graduation project is of great significance to improve the quality of talent training.The innovation reform of the team graduation project mode for flight control specialty is explored,and specific implementations are carried out in the aspects of the formation of graduation project team,the topic selection for graduation project and the quality guarantee of graduation project.Practice has proved that the team graduation project mode can achieve efficient collaborative work among team members.This team graduation project mode can also promote the training of students'knowledge,ability,practice,and innovation.
