香樟根挥发油化学成分分析及抑菌活性的研究

摘  要:本研究旨在研究香樟根挥发油的抗真菌活性。经气相色谱与质谱串联法(GC-MS)分析了香樟根挥发油的化学成分,共鉴定出24种成分,其主要化学成分为樟脑(33.22%)、黄樟素(25.13%)、反式-橙花叔醇(10.27%)和1,8桉叶素(7.96%),α-松油醇(2.75%)、(-)-4-萜品醇(1.46%)。此外,评估挥发油对黄曲霉菌的体外抗真菌活性和潜在机制。采用熏蒸法测得挥发油对黄曲霉的生长,菌丝体干重、麦角固醇和AFB1的合成具有显著的抑制作用。当挥发油浓度为3μL/mL时,黄曲霉毒素(AFB1)就完全被抑制。因此,本研究为今后的开发利用提供一定的科学依据。The current investigation focuses on the an-tifungal capacities of Cinnamomum camphora's essential oil(CC-EO).The chemical composition of CC-EO was deciphered via gas chromatography and mass spectrometry tandem(GC-MS),and 24 components was identified[1].Among which,the most abundant components were camphor(33.22%),safrole(25.13%),trans-nerolidol(10.27%),1,8-cineole(7.96%),α-terpineol(2.75%),and(-)-4-terpineol(1.46%).Moreover,this study evaluated the antifungal potency of the essential oil against Aspergillus flavus(A.flavus),in a Potato Dextrose Agar(PDA)medium.The findings indicated that the essential oil impeded the growth of A.flavus.The oil also exhibited substantial inhibitory effects on the production of A.flavus mycelium,ergos-terol,and Aflatoxin B1(AFB1);AFB1 was not detected at an essential oil concentration of 3μL/mL.In conclusion,this study provides some scientific basis for the future development and utilization.
