摘　　要：中职电工实训教学是为了培养学生的实际操作技能,采用“任务驱动”教学法,能有效激发学生的学习热情和创造力,实现理论与实践相融合,提高专业能力。本文从任务技术、任务教学、任务管理、任务评价四个方面入手,在任务的引导下,使学生增强责任感,团队协作能力,培养职业素养,促进学生全面发展,进而提升就业竞争力。The practical teaching of electrotechnology in secondary vocational schools is to cultivate students"practical skills,and the adoption of"task-driven"teaching method can effectively stimulate students enthusiasm and creativity for learning,realize the integration of theory and practice,and improve their professional ability.This paper starts from the four aspects of task technology,task teaching,task management and task evaluation,and tries to promote the overall development of students and then enhance their competitiveness of employment by enhancing their sense of responsibility and teamwork ability,and cultivating their professional quality under the guidance of tasks.
