摘  要:随着互联网技术的飞速发展,电子商务已经成为现代经济中不可或缺的一部分,电子商务行业对专业人才的需求日益增长,也对人才的培养提出了新的挑战,传统的教学模式已难以满足行业的新要求。本研究提出基于岗位能力、课程体系、竞赛机制与职业资格认证相结合的“岗课赛证”融通育人模式,旨在通过教学改革提升电子商务专业的教学质量和学生的就业竞争力。With the rapid development of Internet technology,e-commerce has become an indispensable part of the modern economy.The e-commerce industry has a growing demand for professionals,but also puts forward new challenges to the training of talents,and the traditional teaching mode has been difficult to meet the new requirements of the industry.This study proposes a Post,Course,Competition,Certificate"integrated education model based on the combination of post ability,curriculum system,competition mechanism and vocational qualification certification,aiming at improving the teaching quality of e-commerce majors and the employment competitiveness of students through teaching reform.
