化学类食物中毒应急检测标准方法现状和需求

摘　　要：为疾病预防控制中心、职业病防治院和医院等机构参加全国中毒医疗应急毒物检测的实验室建立技术储备,本文查阅了从2009年《中华人民共和国食品安全法》实施以来,近15年内有关食物中毒法律法规、部门规章、技术指南、技术方案、技术规范,列出了37个有关食物中毒化学物质,在此基础上检索了食品类和生物样本类相关检测方法标准,发现5种毒物尚缺乏检测方法,2种毒物仅缺少食品类检测方法,14种毒物仅缺少生物样本类检测方法,以此为各毒物检测实验室储备检测能力提供参考。The national laboratories for testing poisoning,medical and emergency hazardous materials have built technical reserves,in order to report the testing results from centers for disease control and prevention,institutes for occupational disease prevention and treatment,and hospitals.The laws,regulations,departmental regulations,technical guidelines,technical schemes and technical specifications pertaining to food poisoning have been retrieved during the past 15 years since the implementation of the Food Safety Law of The People′s Republic of China in 2009,and 37 food poisoning⁃related chemical substances were extracted.Then,standards pertaining to food⁃and biological sample⁃related testing methods were retrieved,and there is a lack of methods for testing 5 toxic substances,a lack of methods for testing 2 toxic substances in food,and a lack of methods for testing 14 toxic substances in biological samples.This review may provide insights into improved reserve testing capability in hazardous materials testing laboratories.
