摘 要:星载天线的指向精度是保证卫星通信性能的重要参数。针对多自由度天线装星后的指向精度评估问题,本文提出了一种结合齐次变换与光学精度测量的天线指向精度评估方法。首先,基于齐次变换理论建立了多自由度星载天线指向相对卫星本体基准坐标系位姿传递的数学模型;其次,通过每个自由度进行两次回零控制的驱动策略,减小天线机械回零误差,建立了天线的指向测试状态;再次,采用经纬仪光学精测系统分别测出天线各自由度之间的变换矩阵;最后,采用上述数学模型计算了天线指向矢量并进行了指向误差分析评估,结合天线指向的测试结果,验证了该方法的有效性。该方法可为后续多自由度星载天线的星上指向精度评价方法的工程验证提供了理论与实施参考。The pointing accuracy of satellite-borne antenna is an important parameter of satellite communication performance.Aiming at the problem of evaluation of pointing accuracy of multi-degree-of-freedom antenna after installing on the satellite,an evaluation method of antenna pointing accuracy based on homogeneous transformation and optical accuracy measurement is proposed in this paper.Firstly,based on the theory of homogeneous transformation,a mathematical model of orientation transfer of multi-freedom satellite-borne antenna relative to the reference coordinate system of the satellite body is established.Secondly,the driving strategy of two return to zero control is carried out for each degree of freedom to reduce the mechanical return to zero error of the antenna,and the pointing test state of the antenna is established.The transformation matrix of each degree of freedom of the antenna is measured by theodolite optical precision measurement system.Finally,the pointing vector of the antenna is calculated using the above mathematical model and the pointing error is analyzed and evaluated.The effectiveness of this method is verified by the test results of antenna pointing.This method provides a theoretical and practical reference for the engineering verification of the on-board pointing accuracy evaluation method of the multi-degree of freedom satellite-borne antenna.
