摘 要:为了提升数控机床的加工效率并实现加工过程的负载均衡化控制,建立基于机床主轴负载的自适应加工控制系统,提出了一种基于加工过程数据采集监控的加工参数自适应优化方法。通过与机床数控系统通信的方法采集加工过程中的电流和功率信号,构建自适应加工优化参数数据库,应用模糊控制算法得到优化后的加工参数。通过建立数控(NC)数据与可编程机床控制器(PLC)数据之间的传递通道实时改变机床的进给倍率,实现加工参数的自适应优化。通过铣削实验,结果表明该方法实现了加工过程的负载均衡控制并提升了加工效率。In order to improve the machining efficiency of CNC machine tool and realize load balancing control in machining process,an adaptive machining control system based on spindle load was established,and an adaptive optimization method of machining parameters based on data acquisition and monitoring of machining process was proposed.By communicating with the CNC system of the machine tool,the current and power signals in the machining process were collected,and the database of adaptive machining optimization parameters was built.The optimized machining parameters were obtained by using the fuzzy control algorithm.The feed rate of the machine tool was changed in real time by establishing the transmission channel between Numerical Control(NC)data and Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)data.The results of milling experiments show that this method can realize load balancing control and improve machining efficiency.
