论新世纪以来中国比较文学形象学研究理路的三重转向  

On the Three Paradigmatic Shifts in the Imagology Research Approaches in Chinese Comparative Literature since the New Millennium

摘  要:新世纪以来,中国比较文学形象学的研究理路从文学形象研究转向文化形象研究,从以形象为对象的研究转向“以中国形象为方法”的研究,从西方话语方式转向中国本土理论建构。域外文化理论的引进为这些转向提供了新的理论资源和视角,“文化研究热”促使形象学研究重新审视传统路径,同时,这也是比较文学研究者对学术使命的回应。中国比较文学形象学研究应进一步开放学术空间,立足本土经验,激活传统文论资源,探索非对立性的表征模式,融合数字人文等多元方法,推动研究理路的下一个转向。Since the beginning of the 21st century,Chinese imagology has undergone three paradigmatic shifts:first,from a focus on literary images to an emphasis on cultural images;second,from research that takes images as objects to an approach that deploys“Chinese image as a method”;and third,from dependence on Western discursive models to the establishment of indigenous Chinese theoretical paradigms.The introduction of foreign cultural theories has provided new theoretical resources and perspectives for these shifts.The“cultural studies fever”has prompted imagology researchers to reassess traditional approaches.Meanwhile,this also represents a response from comparative literature scholars to their academic mission.The imagology research in Chinese comparative literature should further open up the academic space,base itself on local experiences,activate the resources of traditional literary theories,explore non-binary representation models,integrate diverse methods such as digital humanities,and promote the next shift in the research approaches.
