摘 要:名校集团化办学以学校文化为对象和工具来实现教育集团治理,文化治理成为深化基础教育集团化办学的新取径。当前名校集团化办学仍然存在名校文化的形式化移植招致的泛标签化之殇、削弱普通学校文化自强的内动力、难以在短期内消释名校与普通学校的文化身份区隔等困境。突围名校集团化办学的文化治理困境,需要凝聚教育集团文化的向心力、培植教育集团普通学校的文化个性和重塑教育集团学校的文化身份共同体,构建一种“和而不同”的学校文化共长生态。The grouped school-running takes school culture as the object and tool to realize the governance of educational groups,so cultural governance becomes the new approach to the deepening of grouped school-running.At present,the grouped school-running is still faced with the difficulties of pan-labeling caused by the formal transplantation of elite schools’culture,weakening of the internal motivation of cultural self-improvement in ordinary schools,and difficulty in overcoming the cultural identity separation between the elite schools and the ordinary schools in a short period of time.To break through the cultural governance dilemma of the grouped school-running,it is necessary to condense the centripetal force of education group culture,cultivate the cultural personality of the ordinary schools in educational groups,and reshape the cultural identity community of the educational group schools,so as to build a“harmonious but different”co-growth ecology of school culture.
