摘 要:Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is currently the most heterogeneous and aggressive breast cancer type.It has a high recurrence rate,poor clinical prospects,and lack of predictive markers and potential treatment options.Dysregulated microRNAs(miRNAs)are involved in various cellular processes in TNBC.Moreover,variations in the miRNA levels in TNBC may act as a dependable indicator for predicting the effectiveness and specificity of treatments.Currently,the application of miRNAs for breast cancer therapy is primarily in the preclinical stage,with a focus on identifying highly specific and sensitive miRNAs that could offer new possibilities for early diagnosis,clinical treat-ment,and prognostic monitoring of TNBC.
