刍议青少年自由式摔跤运动员的选材与评价体系构建

摘　　要：青少年时期是培养自由式摔跤运动员的黄金阶段,科学选材和评价对运动员发展至关重要。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,在分析自由式摔跤运动特点的基础上,探讨青少年自由式摔跤运动员的选材与评价体系。研究认为:青少年自由式摔跤运动员的选材应从身体形态、生理机能、动作协调性以及心理素质等方面着手;对青少年自由式摔跤运动员的评价可采用定量评价、定性评价及综合评价等多种方法。The period of adolescence represents the golden stage for nurturing freestyle wrestlers.Scientific talent selection and evaluation are of paramount importance for the development of athletes.This study employs literature research method and logical analysis.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of freestyle wrestling,it investigates the talent selection and evaluation system for teenage freestyle wrestlers.The study arrives at the conclusion that the talent selection of junior freestyle wrestlers should be carried out in terms of body shape,physiological function,movement coordination,and psychological quality.When evaluating junior freestyle wrestlers,evaluation methods such as quantitative evaluation,qualitative evaluation,and comprehensive evaluation can be utilized.
