摘　　要：本文基于“双减”政策背景,采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对学校体育竞赛高质量发展进行研究。研究发现:“双减”政策下学校体育竞赛高质量发展的现实价值体现在:制度保障,促进竞赛活动有序开展;资源补充,保障体育人才梯队建立;理念深入,营造良好体育文化氛围彰显价值。目前“双减”政策背景下学校体育竞赛高质量发展存在管理模式有待完善、竞赛资源分配不均和体育理念相对固化等问题。据此,提出发展对策:建立“一体化”管理模式,协调“双赛道”赛事规划;拓宽体育资源渠道供给,完善各级人才团队建设;坚持体育理念结合实际,打造优秀育人文化氛围。This study employs literature research method and logical analysis to investigate the high-quality development of school sports competitions under the“Double Reduction”policy.The study arrives at the conclusion that the practical value of the high-quality development of school sports competitions under the“Double Reduction”policy is manifested in the following facets:institutional guarantee to facilitate the orderly conduct of competition activities;resource supplementation to ensure the building of a sports talent echelon;in-depth concept to create a favorable sports culture atmosphere and demonstrate value.Currently,under the“Double Reduction”policy,the high-quality development of school sports competitions has issues such as the need for improvement in the management model,uneven distribution of competition resources,and relatively rigid sports concepts.Accordingly,the following development strategies are proposed:establish an“integrated”management model and coordinate the concurrent planning of inter-school and intra-school sports events;expand the supply channels of sports resources and improve the construction of talent teams at all levels;firmly combine sports concepts with reality and create an excellent educational culture ambience.
