摘 要:供给侧结构性改革有助于推动残疾人职业教育实现内部的转型升级与高质量发展,但当下残疾人职业教育供给侧改革还存在供给主体分散、供给制度滞后、供给方式相对单一、供给内容失衡的问题。中国式现代化背景下,残疾人职业教育供给侧改革的基本样态应以构建多元供给主体的育人模式为总抓手,以建立更加公平可持续供给制度为方向盘,以“产科教”融合供给方式为新动能,以优质教育资源共享的供给内容为安全带。在选择和制定残疾人职业教育供给侧改革的路径与策略上,应建设中国式多主体协同治理模式,增强供给主体联动性;把制度优势更好转化为治理效能,促进供给制度长效化;以“产科教”融合推进供给能力现代化,加强供给方式多样化;打出区域优质教育资源组合拳,实现供给内容均衡化。Supply-side structural reform can help promote the internal transformation and upgrading,and the high-quality development of vocational education for the disabled. However,the current supply-side reform of vocational education for the disabled still faces problems such as dispersed supply entities,lagging supply system,relatively single supply method,and imbalanced supply content. In the context of Chinese-style modernization,to carry out the supply-side reform of vocational education for the disabled we should take the construction of a diversified supply subject education model as the overall focus,the establishment of a more equitable and sustainable supply system as the steering wheel,the “production-research-education”integration supply mode as the new driving force,and the supply content of high-quality educational resources sharing as the safety belt. The path for the supply-side reform of vocational education for the disabled can be: building a Chinese-style multi subject collaborative governance model to enhance the linkage of supply subjects,transforming institutional advantages into governance effectiveness to promote the long-term effectiveness of supply systems,integrating the “production-research-education”integration to promote modernization of supply capacity and strengthen diversification of supply methods,and implementing a combination of high-quality educational resources in the region to achieve balanced supply of content.
