摘 要:在高职高专开展“三全育人”“五育并举”工作,需要考虑到学生实际情况、教师专业素养、国家政策方针。专业教师如何全员、全程、全方位地对学生进行思政教育和技能教育,如何在实训教学管理中有的放矢地开展工作,是当前职业教育中的关键问题。本文研究发现,可从网络安全实训室入手,通过课堂思政、产教融合、社团建设、师生科研、就业帮扶等具体工作,夯实学生基础技能,丰富专业文化内涵,实现三全育人、五育并举。To carry out the work of“three full education”and“five education simultaneously”in higher vocational colleges and universities,it is necessary to take into account the actual situation of students,teachers'professionalism,and national policies and guidelines.How to carry out the whole staff,the whole process,the whole range of students in the ideological education and skills education,how to promote the development of students'five education,has become a key issue in front of the majority of teachers.How professional teachers can combine relevant policies and synergise various factors in the teaching and management of the training room to carry out their work in a targeted manner is also a direction that needs to be thought about and improved.The research of this paper found that we can start from the network security training room,through the classroom ideology,classroom revolution,post course competition certificate,case study teaching,professional co-construction,curriculum co-construction,industry-teaching fusion,training bases,innovation and entrepreneurship,community building,human resources,teacher and student research,academic warning,graduation design,campus recruitment,internship links,employment assistance,employment and education,and other specific work,to consolidate the foundation of the skills of the teachers and students,and to enrich the professional cultural connotation,to achieve three full education,five education simultaneously.
