正畸与口腔修复联合治疗缺牙的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探究正畸与口腔修复联合治疗缺牙的效果。方法选取单颗缺牙患者30例展开研究,以治疗方式不同分为对照组(15例,采用口腔修复)和观察组(15例,采用口腔修复联合正畸治疗)。比较两组临床疗效、咬合功能、生活质量。结果观察组治疗总有效率(100.00%)明显高于对照组(73.33%)(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组最大咬合力、最大咬合接触面积均较治疗前增加,咬合力不对称指数均较治疗前降低,且观察组最大咬合力(24.25±1.57)kg、最大咬合接触面积(218.76±17.54)mm^(2)均大于对照组的(20.43±1.52)kg、(180.21±17.22)mm^(2),咬合力不对称指数(15.48±2.10)%低于对照组的(19.50±2.23)%(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组心理功能、疼痛与不适、口腔生理功能、行为影响评分均低于本组治疗前,且观察组心理功能评分(8.01±1.34)分、疼痛与不适评分(6.31±1.12)分、口腔生理功能评分(5.27±1.10)分、行为影响评分(3.21±0.85)分低于对照组的(9.87±1.48)、(7.89±1.28)、(6.78±1.16)、(4.45±0.89)分(P<0.05)。结论缺牙患者采用口腔修复联合正畸治疗,可提升疗效与咬合功能,改善生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of orthodontics combined with oral restoration in the treatment of missing teeth.Methods 30 patients with single missing teeth were selected for the study,and they were divided into control group(15 cases,oral restoration)and observation group(15 cases,orthodontics combined with oral restoration)according to different treatment methods.The clinical efficacy,occlusal function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(100.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.33%)(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the maximum bite force and the maximum occlusal contact area in both groups increased,and the asymmetry index of bite force decreased compared with before treatment;the maximum bite force and the maximum occlusal contact area in the observation group were(24.25±1.57)kg and(218.76±17.54)mm^(2),both of which were greater than(20.43±1.52)kg and(180.21±17.22)mm^(2) in the control group;the observation group had lower asymmetry index of bite force of(15.48±2.10)%than(19.50±2.23)%in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the scores of psychological function,pain and discomfort,oral physiological function and behavioral impact in both groups were lower than those before treatment;in the observation group,the psychological function score was(8.01±1.34)points,the pain and discomfort score was(6.31±1.12)points,the oral physiological function score was(5.27±1.10)points and the behavioral impact score was(3.21±0.85)points,which were lower than(9.87±1.48),(7.89±1.28),(6.78±1.16)and(4.45±0.89)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined use of oral restoration and orthodontics for patients with missing teeth can improve the efficacy and occlusal function,and improve the quality of life of patients.
