摘 要:目的:探讨基于功能性行为评估下的感觉统合训练在自闭症谱系障碍患儿中的应用效果,并分析对其自闭程度、行为状态、语言发育水平的影响。方法:将106例于2021年7月至2023年7月期间我院收治的自闭症谱系障碍患儿随机分为接受常规康复训练的对照组(n=53)和在对照组基础上接受基于功能性行为评估下的感觉统合训练的观察组(n=53),对比两组患儿自闭程度【儿童自闭症评定量表】、行为状态【孤独症儿童行为检测量表】、语言发育水平【Gesell发育量表语言领域发育商】、感觉统合能力【儿童感觉统合能力发展评定量表】。结果:干预3 m后,两组患儿儿童自闭症评定量表以及孤独症儿童行为检测量表中5个维度的评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);干预3 m后,两组患儿Gesell发育量表语言领域发育商水平及儿童感觉统合能力发展评定量表中4个维度的评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于功能性行为评估下的感觉统合训练有利于自闭症谱系障碍患儿语言发育水平和感觉统合能力的提升,可显著减轻患儿的自闭程度,并能改善其孤独行为状态。Objective:To explore the application effect of sensory integration training based on functional behavior assessment in children with autism spectrum disorder,and analyze the influence on the degree of autism,behavioral status and language development.How:A total of 106 children with autism spectrum disorder admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were randomly divided into control group receiving routine rehabilitation training(n=53)and observation group receiving sensory integration training based on functional behavioral assessment(n=53).The degree of autism[children's Autism Rating Scale],behavioral status[autistic Children's Behavior Detection Scale],language development level[Gesell Development Scale language domain development quotient],and sensory integration ability[Children's Sensory integration Ability Development Rating Scale]were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 months of intervention,the scores of 5 dimensions in the child autism rating scale and autistic children Behavior Test scale in both groups were lower than those before intervention,and the indexes in observation group was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the scores of Gesell development scale language domain development quotient and 4 dimensions of children's Sensory Integration development Scale in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and the indexes in the observation group was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sensory integration training based on functional behavior assessment can improve the language development level and sensory integration ability of children with autism spectrum disorder,significantly reduce the degree of autism,and improve their lonely behavior.
