摘 要:在专创融合视角下,基于混合式教学,根据高职院校创业管理“微专业”建设的内涵,明确其中重要价值。当前的高职院校创业管理“微专业”的人才培养现状处于初步探索阶段,课程体系不够完善,培养方式不够高效。基于此,文章提出了规划人才培养模式、建立完善课程体系、加强创业实践探索、构建多元评价机制等人才培养策略。高职院校教师基于实际情况,落实这些培养策略,能更好培养创业管理“微专业”人才。From the perspective of innovation and integration,based on mixed teaching and the connotation of entrepreneurship management"micro-major"construction in higher vocational colleges,the important value is clearly defined.At present,the talent training status of"micro-major"of entrepreneurship management in higher vocational colleges is in the preliminary exploration stage,the curriculum system is not perfect,and the training method is not efficient enough.Based on this,the article puts forward the talent training strategy such as plan⁃ning the talent training mode,establishing and perfecting the curriculum system,strengthening the exploration of entrepreneurial practice,and constructing the multiple evaluation mechanism.Based on the actual situation,teachers in higher vocational colleges can implement these training strategies to better cultivate"micro-professional"talents in entrepreneurship management.
