基于心理健康教育的高职学生自我意识提升路径研究

摘　　要：高职院校的心理健康教育在塑造学生的自我认识、自我体验和自我管理等自我意识方面扮演着至关重要的角色。本文分析了心理健康教育对高职学生自我意识提升的重要性,为了有效提升学生的自我意识,建议加强师资队伍建设,创新教学方法,并积极开展社团活动。同时,通过课程组织与实施,采用实践教学提升高职学生自我意识。Psychological health education in vocational colleges plays a crucial role in shaping students'self-awareness,self experience,and self-management.This article analyzes the importance of mental health education in enhancing the self-awareness of vocational college students.In order to effectively improve students'self-awareness,it is recommended to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff,innovate teaching methods,and actively carry out club activities.At the same time,through course organization and implementation,practi⁃cal teaching is adopted to enhance the self-awareness of vocational college students.
