摘 要:哔哩哔哩这一数字平台,通过其创作激励计划,为内容创作者开辟了通过视频播放获利的途径,吸引了大量创作者的加入。然而,人们往往忽视了一个事实:这实际上掩盖了哔哩哔哩内容创作者作为数字劳动者所经历的异化。本研究旨在揭示数字劳动力所面临的异化问题,深入探讨在哔哩哔哩平台上内容创作者遭遇的异化叙事与话语。研究将哔哩哔哩创作者作为数字劳动力的经历作为分析的核心。研究结果表明,哔哩哔哩主要作为数字资本主义的工具存在,旨在通过利用内容创作者所生产的视频积累资本。为哔哩哔哩贡献视频的内容创作者,经济回报微乎其微,有时甚至毫无收益。因此,身处数字劳动领域的哔哩哔哩内容创作者,经历了与工作、生产过程、人的本质及与其他人的关系上的异化。The digital platform,Bilibili,has attracted a large number of creators through its creation incentive program,which opens up avenues for content creators to profit from the broadcast of their videos.However,what is often overlooked is the fact that this actually masks the alienation experienced by beep content creators as digital laborers.This study aims to shed light on the alienation faced by the digital workforce,delving into the alienating narratives and discourses encountered by content creators on the Bilibili platform.The study takes the experiences of Bilibili creators as a digital workforce as the core of the analysis.The findings suggest that Bilibili exists primarily as an instru-ment of digital capitalism,aiming to accumulate capital through the utilization of videos produced by content creators.Content creators who contribute videos to Bilibili have little or sometimes no financial return.As a result,content creators in the realm of digital labor experience alienation from their work,the production process,the nature of the human being,and their relationship to other people.
