摘  要:在护理本科教育体系中,急诊预检分诊是急危重症护理学中的一个重要教学内容。此环节强调护理人员能够在紧急情况下迅速且准确地做出救治决策,而传统教学模式偏重理论传授,忽视了实践教学,学生急诊分诊能力难以提升。本研究聚焦于中南大学湘雅护理学院2021级71名本科生,探究临床案例情景模拟在急诊预检分诊教学中的应用效果,通过学生成绩、课堂反馈(含满意度、教学反馈及主观评价)多维度评估教学成效。研究结果提示该方法显著改善了学生对急诊预检分诊理论知识的理解与应用能力,有效激发了学生的自主学习兴趣,值得推广应用。In the nursing undergraduate education system,emergency triage is an important teaching content in critical care nursing.This stage emphasizes that nursing staff can make quick and accurate treatment decisions in emergency situations,while the traditional teaching model focuses on theoretical instruction and neglects practical teaching,making it difficult to improve students’emergency triage skills.This study focused on 71 undergraduate students from the class of 2021 at Xiangya School of Nursing,exploring the application effect of clinical case scenario simulation in emergency triage teaching.The teaching effectiveness was evaluated through multiple dimensions including student performance,classroom feedback(including satisfaction,teaching feedback,and subjective evaluation).The research results suggest that this method significantly improved students’understanding and application ability of emergency triage knowledge,effectively stimulated students’interest in self-directed learning,and is worthy of promotion and application.
