摘  要:康复住院医师规范化培训是培养具备全面胜任力的康复医学专业人才的关键环节。以肌骨超声教学为例,旨在探讨康复科住培过程中应达成的教学目标。基于智慧教学模式挖掘目前肌骨超声教学中的切入点,建立以“智慧平台-智慧方法-智慧考核-智慧人文”的教学机制,涵盖智慧一体化教学平台的搭建,智慧教学方法的建设,科研与创新思维的培养,优化人文与临床相结合的智慧培育环境,以此培养出一批优秀的肌骨超声康复人才。The standardized training of rehabilitation residents is the key link to train rehabilitation medical professionals with comprehensive competence.Taking musculoskeletal ultrasound teaching as an example,this paper aims to discuss the teaching objectives that should be achieved in the course of rehabilitation training.By excavating the pain points in current musculoskeletal ultrasound teaching and establishing the teaching mechanism of“platform-methods-team-humanities”,it mainly covers the construction of integrated musculoskeletal ultrasound teaching platform,expanding the teaching dimension,internalizing the post competency of residents,and optimizing the cultivation environment combining humanities and clinical practice,so as to cultivate a group of excellent musculoskeletal ultrasound rehabilitation talents.
