摘  要:运用问卷调查、专家访谈等方法,探究高校体育教师课程思政教学能力培育的价值、困境,并提出策略。价值:增强思政认知能力,夯实知识活化能力,优化思政设计能力,提升思政实施能力,发展反思研究能力。困境:深度熏陶不足,多元思维缺乏,师生对话不畅,言行表达生硬,自主驱动薄弱。策略:系统推进,实现深度熏陶;深挖价值,强化多元思维;创新方法,注重师生对话;转变形象,升级言行表达;协同组织,促进自主成长。By using the methods of questionnaire survey and expert interview,this paper probed into the value and dilemma of cultivating the ideological and political teaching ability of college physical education teachers,and put forward strategies.Value:It enhances ideological and political cognition ability,consolidates knowledge activation ability,optimizes ideological and political design ability,enhances ideological and polit ical implementation ability,and develops reflective research ability.Dilemma:Their deep edification is insufficient,diverse thinking is lacking,teacher-student dialogue is not smooth,words and actions are rigid,and independent driving is weak.Strategy:We should systematically promote to achieve deep edification,dig deep into the value to strengthen the diversified thinking,innovate methods to focus on teacher-student dialogue,change image to upgrade words and actions,and coordinate and organize to promote independent growth.
