摘  要:随着我国城镇化发展持续推进,教育作为重要的社会组织形态也呈现出向中心城市高度集中的城镇化态势。在教育城镇化的外力促动下,出现的“生源进城”“进城陪读”等特殊社会现象,为了探究前述群体在跨地区学习和生活等情境中面临的挑战,并为其高质量发展提供助力,依托实地调研的资料,发现两类群体在环境适应、心理健康和能力匹配等方面面临不同形式的困难,衍生的相关问题甚至成为城镇化建设的潜在隐患。而农村职业教育是破解“三农”问题的重要抓手,在应对教育城镇化过程中的特殊社会问题时能够发挥独特作用。目前,农村职业教育在应对教育城镇化进程中的衍生性问题时,存在办学理念与时代发展脱节、知识储备与市场需求失衡、产业结构与办学定位阻隔等问题,因此,为了更好地在教育城镇化进程中发挥农村职业教育的作用,需要转变发展理念,构建农村职业教育新体系;捕捉细分领域,拓展职业教育的服务半径;动员政府力量,营造农村职业教育的办学环境等。With the continuous advancement of China’s urbanization development,education,as an important form of social organization,has also shown a trend of urbanization with a high concentration in central cities.Under the external impetus of education urbanization,special social phenomena such as“students entering the city”and“parents accompanying students in the city”have emerged.In order to explore the challenges faced by the above-mentioned groups in cross-regional learning and life,and to provide support for their high-quality development,the study was carried out on the basis of the information from field research.It is found that the two groups face different forms of difficulties in environmental adaptation,mental health and ability matching,and the subsequent problems have even become potential hidden dangers in urbanization construction.Rural vocational education is an important starting point for solving the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and can play a unique role in coping with the special social problems in the process of education urbanization.At present,rural vocational education faces problems such as disconnection between educational concepts and the development of the times,imbalance between knowledge reserves and market demand,and barriers between industrial structure and educational positioning in response to the problems derived in the process of education urbanization.Therefore,in order to better play the role of rural vocational education in the process of education urbanization,it is necessary to change the concept of development and build a new vocational education system;to capture subdivisions and expand service radius;to mobilize government forces and create a good environment for running schools.
