摘 要:研究糙皮侧耳菌HXS-M1发酵自拟复方中草药对其主要活性成分含量及抑菌活性的影响。选用食药同源真菌糙皮侧耳菌(Pleurotus ostreatus)HXS-M1发酵复方中草药,分别采用紫外可见分光光度法和牛津杯法测定复方中草药发酵前后活性成分的含量和抑菌圈直径。结果表明,发酵前后中草药总多糖、总生物碱、总黄酮和总皂苷含量具有极显著差异(P<0.01),发酵后总多糖和总生物碱含量分别比发酵前中草药提高350.63%和95.65%,总黄酮和总皂苷含量分别比发酵前中草药降低79.63%和84.08%;对大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈直径较非发酵中草药分别增加了4.54、4.08、5.33 mm,差异极显著(P<0.01)。综上所述,糙皮侧耳菌HXS-M1发酵中草药能够促进活性成分的释放和生物转化,提高抑菌活性,增强应用效果,为研发高效中草药饲料添加剂提供了科学依据。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of fermentaton of self-made compound traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)by Pleurotus ostreatus HXS-M1 on its main active components and anti-bacterial activities.Pleurotus ostreatus HXS-M1,a food-medicine homologous fungi,was used to ferment compound TCM.The content of active components of compound TCM and the diameters of inhibition zone before and after fermentation was determined by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry and Oxford cup method,respectively.The results showed that the contents of total polysaccharides,total alkaloids,total fla-vonoids and total saponins in compound TCM before and after fermentation had extremely significant differ-ence(P<0.01).The contents of total polysaccharides and total alkaloids after fermentation increased by 350.63%and 95.65%respectively,and the contents of total flavonoids and total saponins decreased by 79.63%and 84.08%,respectively,compared with non-fermented compound TCM.The diameters of inhibition zone against Escherichia coli,Salmo-nella and Staphylococcus aureus increased by 4.54 mm,4.08 mm and 5.33 mm,respectively,compared with non-fermented compound TCM,the differences were extremely significant(P<0.01).In conclusion,compound TCM fermented by Pleurotus ostreatus HXS-M1 can promote the release and biotransformation of active components,improve the antibacterial activities,enhance the aplication effect,and provide a scientific basis for the devel-opment of high-efficiency TCM feed additives.
