硅胶密封垫圈在酱香型白酒蒸馏中的应用研究

摘  要:固态蒸馏是中国白酒的酿造工艺特点之一,为探索硅胶密封垫圈在酱香型白酒蒸馏中应用的可行性,对酱香型白酒六轮、七轮次生产中硅胶密封垫圈的使用效果进行了实验研究。结果表明,在酱香型白酒蒸馏中,使用硅胶密封垫圈气密性完好,且基酒中的DBP与DEHP含量达到国家标准;采用硅胶密封垫圈的甑子产酒的质量与传统纱布密封套的甑子产酒的质量相比无明显变化。采用硅胶密封垫圈可以有效减少废糟的产生,提升生产现场整洁度,硅胶密封垫圈在酱香型白酒蒸馏中取得了良好的应用效果。Solid-state distillation is one of the characteristics of Chinese Baijiu.To explore the application feasibility of silica gel gasket in the distillation of Jiangxiang Baijiu,the application effect of silica gel gasket in the sixth and seventh production rounds of Jiangxiang Baijiu was investigated.The results showed that the gas tightness of the silica gel gasket was good,and the content of DBP and DEHP in the crude liquor reached the national standard.There was no significant change in the quality of the crude liquor when the silica gel gasket was used.The use of the silica gel gasket could effectively reduce the production of waste grains and improve the cleanliness of the workshop.The silica gel gasket has achieved good effect in the distillation of Jiangxiang Baijiu.
