摘　　要：泸州白酒产业是一个传统性的重点行业,作为泸州现代工业体系的重要组成部分,在泸州经济中扮演着关键角色,其高质量发展在新时代备受关注。本文概述了泸州白酒产业发展现状、面临挑战,就品质提升和如何把握消费者两方面给出了建议,重点强调了消费者在泸酒产业高质量发展中的关键作用,旨在探讨如何推动泸酒产业的高质量发展。Baijiu industry is a traditional key industry of Luzhou,serves as a crucial component of the modern industrial system of Luzhou,and plays a pivotal role in local economy.Its high-quality development is attracting more and more attention in the new era.This paper summarizes the current development status and challenges of Luzhou Baijiu industry,and provides suggestions on product quality improvement and consumer behavior understanding.This paper emphasizes the pivotal role of consumers in the high-quality development of Luzhou Baijiu industry,so as to explore strategies to promote the high-quality development of Luzhou Baijiu industry.
