上睑眶隔的解剖学研究及其在矫正上睑下垂中的作用

摘　　要：上睑眶隔在矫正轻度上睑下垂的作用逐渐受到重视,但也存在一些质疑。关于上睑眶隔能否在矫正上睑下垂中发挥作用和如何发挥作用,现就上睑眶隔的解剖学研究和眶隔在矫正上睑下垂中的应用作一评述。The role of the upper eyelid orbital septum in the correction of mild ptosis has gradually been valued, and there are also some doubts. As to whether and how the upper eyelid orbital septum can play a role in the correction of ptosis. The anatomy of the upper eyelid orbital septum and the application of the orbital septum in the correction of ptosis will be reviewed.
