摘　　要：卓越医学人才培养是高等医学教育的永恒主题。省属医科院校科教融合是指切实立足区域医疗卫生事业发展和公众的健康诉求这一现实背景,基于省属医科院校的特点,围绕卓越医学人才培养这一内核开展的以教学和科研协同为载体的一种育人方式。其中,以卓越医生培养为指向的目标融合,以临床科研思维锻造为抓手的方式融合以及以科教融合共同体形成为目标的人员融合是省属医科院校科教融合的内容构成。树立交叉融合理念,优化新型课程体系;健全科研实践体系,打造协同育人平台以及加强导师队伍建设,提升整体育人实效是省属医科院校科教融合的可行路径。The cultivation of outstanding medical talents is an eternal theme of higher medical educa-tion.The integration of science and education in provincial medical colleges refers to a way of education that is based on the development of regional medical and health care and the publics health demands.Based on the characteristics of provincial medical colleges,it is carried out around the core of cultiva-ting outstanding medical talents,using teaching and research collaboration as a carrier.Among them,the integration of the goal of cultivating outstanding doctors,the forging of clinical research thinking as the starting point,and the integration of personnel with the goal of integrating science and education are the contents of the integration of science and education in provincial medical colleges.Establishing the concept of cross integration,optimizing the new curriculum system,creating a sound scientific research practice system,setting up a collaborative education platform and strengthening the construction of men-tor teams to enhance overall educational effectiveness are feasible paths for the integration of science and education in provincial medical colleges.
