摘　　要：目前,正值我国经济转型和产业升级的关键时期,职业教育高质量发展已经成为推动国家经济社会发展的重要引擎。但是职业教育高质量发展过程中还面临政策与制度层面的困境、资源配置与管理的问题、教育教学质量的瓶颈等问题。为此,应通过各项政策支持,优化教育资源配置、提升教师队伍素质、创新教学内容与方法以及加强学生实践能力培养等现实路径,使职业教育更好地适应现代经济社会发展的需求,同时也促进职业教育自身高质量发展。In the critical period of economic transformation and industrial upgrading,the high-quality development of vocational education has become an important en-gine to promote the economic and social development of our country.However,there are still problems in this development process of vocational education such as challenges at the policy and institutional levels,issues with resource allocation and manage-ment,and bottlenecks in the quality of education and teaching.Therefore,various kinds of policy support should be provided to optimize the allocation of educational resources,improve the quality of the teaching staff,innovate teaching content and methods,and strengthen the cultivation of students'practical abilities.These practical paths aim to better adapt vocational education to the needs of modern economic and social develop-ment,while also promoting the high-quality development of vocational education itself.
