摘　　要：本文主要介绍欧盟、美国、国内食品接触材料的相关标准及法规。并针对这些标准和法规进行了分类,其中国内标准逐步完善并形成列通用标准、添加剂及产品标准、检测方法和生产通用卫生规范四部分组成的食品接触材料标准体系。This paper mainly introduces the relevant standards and regulations of food contact materials in EU,USA and China.In the meantime,These standards and regulations are classified.Among them,the domestic standards have gradually improved and formed a food contact material standard system composed of four parts,including general standards,additives and product standards,testing methods and production general health norms.
