摘　　要：该文探讨了退役运动员转型为高校教练的体育育人价值及其面临的挑战,并提出构建长效机制的策略。退役运动员作为体育技能的传承者及竞技精神的弘扬者,在高校体育教学中扮演着不可替代的角色。然而,他们在教育理念接受、学术能力提升、职业身份适应以及资源整合等方面面临诸多挑战。针对上述问题,提出具体解决方案,以期促进退役运动员向高校教练的顺利转型,并充分发挥其在体育育人方面的独特价值。This paper discusses the sports education value of transitioning retired athletes to college coaches and the challenges they face,and proposes strategies for constructing a long-term mechanism.As inheritors of sports skills and promoters of competitive spirit,retired athletes play an irreplaceable role in college Physical Education teaching.However,they encounter numerous challenges in aspects such as accepting educational philosophy,improving academic abilities,adapting to professional identities,and integrating resource.To address the above issues,specific solutions are proposed to facilitate the smooth transition of retired athletes to college coaches,thereby harnessing their unique value in sports education.
