摘  要:针对空间众包中用户隐私泄露的问题,提出一种基于自适应网格(AG)的空间众包位置隐私保护方法,用于保护用户的位置隐私和保证任务分配的有效性。将位置划分到网格,对于任务位置,在满足差分隐私的前提下通过构建扰动圆并在圆生成扰动点的方法,选取合适的扰动点替代;对于工人位置,使用将笛卡尔坐标转换成极坐标的方式,对极半径和极角进行加噪处理。对任务进行线性分配,给满足任务条件的工人分配任务。实验结果表明,跟AG算法相比,该方法在信息损失量、工人平均出行距离、运行时间方面有更好的效用。A spatial crowdsourcing location privacy protection method based on adaptive grid(AG)was proposed to address the issue of user privacy leakage in spatial crowdsourcing,which was used to protect user location privacy and ensure the effectiveness of task allocation.The positions were divided into grids.For the task positions,on the premise of satisfying differential privacy,appropriate perturbation points were selected to replace them by constructing perturbation circles and generating perturbation points in the circles.For worker positions,the method of converting Cartesian coordinates was used to polar coordinates to denoise the polar radius and angle.Linearly allocate tasks were used to workers who met the task conditions.Experimental results show that compared with the AG algorithm,this method has better effectiveness in terms of information loss,average travel distance of workers,and running time.
