摘 要:本研究基于“大思政课”政策文件的要求,分析了上海市浦东新区中小学“大思政课”实施中的主题抽象、资源情境化不足及成效落实问题;梳理了“大思政课”概念,并结合区域特色资源,创新“大思政课”主题,构建了“四轮驱动”模式,即问题驱动、活动体验、学科赋能和综合提升,以促进学生综合素养的全面发展;提出了“GUIS”联动机制,通过整合政府、高校、教研机构和中小学资源,推动“大思政课”的实践与创新。This research examines the implementation of the“Grand Ideological and Political Education”(GIPE)in primary and secondary schools in Shanghai’s Pudong New Area,focusing on the challenges of thematic abstraction,lack of resource contextualization,and the need for more effective outcomes.The study suggests leveraging regional resources to innovate GIPE themes and introduces a“Four-Wheel Drive”model comprising problem stimulation,experiential activities,subject enhancement,and integrated development to foster the comprehensive development of students’qualities.Furthermore,a“GUIS”collaborative mechanism is proposed to integrate resources from government,universities,educational development institutions,and schools to enhance the practical application and innovation of GIPE.
