摘 要:目的分析孕期膳食营养素摄入水平与妊娠糖尿病(GDM)发病的相关性。方法选取2022年12月至2023年6月平凉市妇幼保健院妇产科162例GDM孕妇纳入观察组,选取同期该院162例非GDM孕妇纳入对照组,对比两组孕妇相关资料数据,探讨相关性。结果观察组孕妇水果类、谷物类、肉蛋类摄入量高于对照组孕妇,坚果干果类、鱼虾类摄入量低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组碳水化合物、能量每日摄入量高于对照组,钾、铁及维生素C每日摄入量低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组每日摄入总热量、碳水化合物、脂肪供热量均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孕妇孕期应多摄入优质蛋白、膳食纤维、微量元素膳食,控制水果类、谷物类、肉蛋类的摄入量,以降低GDM发生率。Objective To analyze the correlation between dietary nutrient intake levels during pregnancy and the incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 162 pregnant women with GDM from the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Pingliang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from December 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the observation group.162 pregnant women without GDM during the same period were selected as the control group.The relevant data of the two groups were compared to explore the correlation.Results The intake of fruits,grains,and meat and egg products in the observation group of pregnant women was higher than that in the control group,while the intake of nuts and dried fruits,as well asfish and shrimp,was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The daily intake of carbohydrates and energy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the daily intake of potassium,iron,and vitamin C was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total daily caloric intake,as well as the caloric contribution from carbohydrates and fats,in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions It is recommended that during pregnancy,one should consume more high-quality protein,dietaryfiber,and trace elements,and control the intake of fruits,grains,and meat and eggs to reduce the incidence of GDM.
