摘  要:发展职业教育本科是适应行业产业升级调整的必然选择,是对高职教育属性的合理定位,满足了学生实现自我价值的心理诉求。兴办职教本科教育对高职教师的胜任力提出了新的要求。文章从高职教师现状出发,提出应大力引进高学历、高职称教师,完善师资培训培养制度,健全外聘教师管理制度,完善绩效薪酬体系,加强理想信念教育,助推职业教育本科发展。The development of vocational education undergraduate is an inevitable choice to adapt to the industrial upgrading and adjustment.It is a reasonable positioning of the attributes of higher vocational education,and satisfies the psychological demands of students to realize their own value.The establishment of vocational undergraduate education has put forward new requirements for the competence of higher vocational teachers.Based on the current situation of higher vocational teachers,the paper proposes that we should vigorously introduce teachers with higher education and professional titles,improve the teacher training and cultivation system,perfect the external teacher system,establish talent reserve pool,improve the performance salary system,strengthen the education of ideals and beliefs,and promote the development of vocational education undergraduate.
