期望理论视域下的专业技术人才激励路径探究

摘  要:在当前全球化和数字化的大背景下,专业技术人才已成为推动社会进步和经济发展的重要驱动力。在明晰专业技术人才在促进高质量发展中作用的基础上,可对用人单位的专业技术人才管理情况进行分析,据此,基于期望理论提出有针对性的激励措施,包括完善人事管理制度、构建多元化绩效评估体系、制定个性化培训方案、营造积极的组织文化以及利用先进的信息化手段提质增效等,以激发专业技术人员的工作激情和创新潜能,实现个人职业成长与组织发展的共同进步,在市场环境中始终保持竞争优势。Against the backdrop of current globalization and digitalization,professional and technical personnel have become an important driving force for social progress and economic development.This paper focuses on the core role of professional and technical personnel in promoting high-quality development and conducts an in-depth analysis of the current situation and challenges faced by employers in managing these talents.For instance,employers have deficiencies in aspects such as personnel management,incentive mechanisms,organizational culture construction and information technology construction,which restrict the potential of professional and technical personnel and the enhancement of their work enthusiasm.To improve and enhance the incentive mechanism,this study proposes a series of innovative incentive measures based on expectancy theory,including improving personnel management systems,constructing a multifaceted performance system,developing personalized training plans,fostering a positive organizational culture and utilizing advanced information technology to improve quality and efficiency.These strategies aim to stimulate the work passion and innovative potential of professional and technical personnel,helping them to achieve common progress in individual career growth and organizational development and maintain a competitive edge in an increasingly competitive market environment.
