摘　　要：课程思政建设是新时代高等教育改革的重要内容。可以高职“销售管理”课程思政建设为例,探讨如何在专业课程中有效融入思政元素,具体来说,就是以社会主义核心价值观、销售管理专业知识、多学科理论等多维度理论为基础,从国家战略、社会热点、榜样人物和地方特色四个维度构建系统的课程思政案例库,并将其有机融入教学实践中,以实现立德树人的教育目标。实践发现,思政元素的融入显著提升了学生学习兴趣和专业知识掌握程度,但在思政元素深度融入、教学方法创新和考核评价体系等方面仍存在不足。应进一步加强思政元素挖掘、完善考核评价体系、提升教师思政教学能力。The construction of ideological and political education in courses is an important part of the reform of higher education in the new era.Taking the ideological and political construction of Sales Management in higher vocational education as an example,this paper explores how to effectively integrate ideological and political elements into professional courses.Specifically,based on multidimensional theories such as socialist core values,sales management knowledge and interdisciplinary theories,a systematic course ideological and political case library is constructed from four dimensions of national strategy,social hotspots,role models and local characteristics.It is organically integrated into teaching practice to achieve the educational goal of cultivating morality and talents.Practice has found that the integration of ideological and political elements significantly enhances students’interest in learning and mastery of professional knowledge.However,there are still shortcomings in the deep integration of ideological and political elements,innovative teaching methods and assessment and evaluation systems as well.We should further strengthen the exploration of ideological and political elements,improve the assessment and evaluation system and enhance the ideological and political teaching ability of teachers.
