摘  要:组织育人作为落实立德树人根本任务的重要载体,在“三全育人”工作中发挥着领航作用。针对高职院校组织育人面临的工作机制不够完善、工作融合不够紧密、作用发挥不够充分等现实困境,要健全党建“四个融合”组织育人机制、构建“一体三翼”组织育人体系、建设“同心圆式”组织育人队伍。在充分发挥内部各类组织育人功能的同时,要积极构建家校企社四位一体的协同育人共同体,深入推进学校和家庭、企业、社会的四方协同育人。Organizational education,as a key component in fulfilling the fundamental mission of moral and civic education,plays a leading role in the framework of Three Complete Education.Faced with the practical difficulties in organizational education in higher vocational colleges,such as imperfect work mechanisms,insufficient integration of efforts and inadequate effectiveness,it is necessary to improve the four-integration mechanism of Party building in organizational education,establish an organizational education system and construct an organizational and educational team.While fully utilizing the educational functions of various internal organizations,it is also important to actively build a collaborative educational community that integrates families,schools,enterprises and society and deeply advance the collaborative education effort among these four sectors.
