摘  要:在“双高计划”背景下,高层次人才是推动高职院校高质量发展的核心力量。尽管各地高校纷纷推出引才政策,但在高层次人才的引进与培育方面仍存在诸多问题,如人才供需不足、引进与培育脱节、留用机制不健全、个人发展与专业需求不匹配、学术氛围不足等。为此,可从高职院校人才工作现状出发,聚焦高职院校在高层次人才的“引”“育”“用”“留”四个方面所面临的困境,提出系统治理、完善制度保障、拓展激励手段、丰富激励要素等实施策略,为高职院校高层次人才的“引育”政策提供参考。In the context of the“Double High Plan,”high-level talents are the core driving force behind the high-quality development of vocational colleges.Although various colleges have introduced talent recruitment policies,there are still many challenges in the recruitment and cultivation of high-level talents,such as the mismatch between talent supply and demand,disconnection between recruitment and cultivation,inadequate retention mechanisms,misalignment between personal development and professional needs and a lack of academic atmosphere.Therefore,this paper examines the current state of talent management in vocational colleges,focusing on the challenges faced in the recruitment,cultivation,utilization and retention of high-level talents.The paper proposes strategies such as systematic governance,improving institutional guarantees,expanding incentive measures and enriching incentive elements to provide reference for talent recruitment and cultivation policies in vocational colleges.
