摘  要:针对激光雷达扫描单圆盾构隧道过程中,由非线性俯仰角(α)和偏航角(γ)导致点云数据出现偏差的问题,该文提出了一种基于跨模态转换的盾构隧道点云非线性偏角计算及纠正的方法。首先,通过点云投影算法,获取隧道二维图像。其次,依据点云和图像之间的点线对应关系及点云偏移面与标准面之间的几何关系,得到俯仰角(α)及偏航角(γ),最后根据计算角度旋转纠正点云。研究结果表明,在3种不同类型的偏移数据中,该文方法所求标靶距离均方根误差平均为3.837 mm,比预定义角度纠正法低2.704 mm,纠正视觉效果和精度更优。相关成果可为隧道病害监测和三维建模提供参考。In response to the problem of deviation in point cloud data caused by nonlinear pitch angle(α)and yaw angle(γ)during the scanning of a single circular shield tunnel by laser radar,a method for calculating and correcting the nonlinear deflection angle of shield tunnel point cloud based on cross modal transformation was proposed in this paper.Firstly,the point cloud projection algorithm was used to obtain a two-dimensional image of the tunnel.Secondly,based on the point line correspondence between the point cloud and the image,as well as the geometric relationship between the point cloud offset plane and the standard plane,the pitch angle(α)and yaw angle(γ)were obtained.Finally,the point cloud was corrected by rotating according to the calculated angle.The research results showed that in three different types of offset data,the average root mean square error of the target distance obtained by our method was 3.837 mm,which was 2.704 mm lower than the predefined angle correction method,and the correction visual effect and accuracy were better.The relevant achievements could provide reference basis for tunnel disease monitoring and 3D modeling.
