摘 要:家校社在协同育人中面临相互僭越、疏离与对立的困境,其背后蕴藏着松散耦合的关系,体现在主体互动、行动逻辑、育人理念与规则惯例等方面。松散耦合理论为推进家校社协同育人提供实践启示:增强家校社耦合粘性,外在制度规范与内在价值共识凝聚合力;丰富家校社耦合形式,精准施策与多元定制服务相互补充;创新家校社耦合元素,科学育人理念与民间教养智慧双向互通;释放家校社耦合效应,跨界资源流动与局部经验创生协同共进。In the collaborative education,families,schools,and society,face the dilemma of overstepping,alienation,and conflict with each other.There this lies a loosely coupled relationship,reflected in dimensions such as subject interaction,action logic,educational philosophy,and rules and conventions.The loose coupling theory provides the following practical insights for promoting collaborative education among families,schools,and society:to enhance the stickiness of familyschool-society coupling,and external institutional norms and internal value consensus;to enrich the coupling forms between home,school,and society,and complement each other with precise response policies and diversified customized services;to innovate the coupling elements of families,schools,and society,and to promote the two-way exchange of scientific education concepts and folk education wisdom;to release the coupling effect among families,schools,and society,promote crossborder resource flow and local experience creation in synergy.
