摘  要:便携式林果修剪装备是可以由单人携带并用于对林果树枝修剪的机械装备,其方便高效的特性符合我国林果业经营规模较小、地理环境较差的实际情况,对其进行研究对于降低农民劳动强度、提高劳动生产率具有重要意义。文中从装备动力源角度将便携式林果修剪装备分为有动力源装备和无动力源装备2种,从切割方式角度将其分为剪切、旋切以及锯切3种,对不同结构与功能的便携式林果修剪装备的适用范围及其优劣势进行阐述;通过总结各类型便携式修剪装备的发展现状,指出现阶段仍然存在着安全、成本、功能等方面的问题,并结合相关产品情况提出未来便携式林果修剪装备应向着操作智能、使用舒适、功能强化的方向发展。Portable pruning equipment for fruit trees refers to the machinery that can be individually carried and operated to prune the branches of fruit trees.Its convenience and efficiency align well with the current conditions of China’s fruit forest industry,characterized by small-scale operations and poor geographical environments.The research on this equipment is significant as it helps reduce farmers’labor intensity and improve productivity.This paper categorizes the portable pruning equipment into powered and non-powered from the perspective of power source,and classifies the equipment into three types of shearing,rotary cutting,and sawing from the perspective of cutting method.Then,it provides a detailed analysis of the applicability and pros and cons of the portable pruning equipment with different structures and functions.By summarizing the development status of each type of portable equipment,this paper highlights the existing problems related to safety,cost,and functionality.At last,it identifies the future trends toward intelligent operation,enhanced user comfort,and strengthened functionality that should be accomplished in the development of the portable pruning equipment.
